Meeting with the H.E. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine Mr. Ki-chang Kwon

On Thursday, the 29th of October, the Head of the Board Mr. Volodymyr Stavniuk met with the H.E. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine Mr. Ki-chang Kwon.

The parties discussed the experience of implementing innovations by Korean companies. In particular, the opening of a grain terminal by Posco and the launch of the solar power plant by GS E&C in Zakarpatya region.

Separate consideration was paid to the strategic project of Caris Co., which envisages the construction of a plant for the production of road guardrails and EV infrastructure development.

According to the  H.E. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, today enlargement of economic partnership between our states is a priority for him. After all, strong economic ties will contribute to the further establishment of economic relations, as well as cultural exchange.

At the meeting, Mr. Volodymyr Stavniuk spoke about the peculiarities of the Institution’s activities and financial instruments for attracting investments provided by SFII. Important attention was paid to the need for cooperation and exchange of experience for effective economic development.
